What we keep, and why.

Last changed 13 October 2026. Written for people, not lawyers; if something is unclear, ask.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email address, whether you asked for build notes, and whatever else you choose to tell us (name, company, role, industry, current tool, team size). The address you connect from is counted for an hour to stop abuse, then forgotten.

Why

To run the early-access programme: to send you one confirmation, to choose the first cohort, and to write to you when a place opens. If you ticked the box, build notes too: a few welcome emails in your first month and then one a month at most, each with an unsubscribe link. That is the whole list. We never sell or share your details, and we never add you to a list you did not ask for.

How long

Until the early-access programme ends, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. One email to the address below and your entry is deleted within a week.

Who handles it

The site and the waitlist run on Google Firebase in the EU (Belgium). Confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Both act only on our instructions. Nothing is sent anywhere else.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and complain to your data-protection authority. The lawful basis for keeping your entry is your request to join; for the abuse counter, our legitimate interest in keeping the form working.

Analytics

If you allow it on the cookie banner, we count visits with Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and sends your visit, with the IP address shortened, to Google. It tells us how many people read each page, where they came from and how many join the waitlist. Nothing loads until you say yes, and the Cookies link in the footer changes your answer at any time.
